Table Tennis Australia extends broadcast partnership with MSL

Table Tennis Australia (TTA) and My Sport Live (MSL) are proud to announce an extension of their long-lasting partnership, with MSL set to broadcast 17 days of action across multiple national table tennis events in 2024.

MSL has been broadcasting events with TTA since 2013, and will again bring action to the screen from events all over the country – including the 2024 National Championships being held in Western Australia in July.

Table Tennis Australia CEO Nicole Adamson said that signing off on the 2024 arrangement was a mere formality given how successful the partnership has been over the past decade.

“We are really happy to be announcing once again the decision to go with My Sport Live to broadcast a number of our major events across the national calendar in 2024,” she said.

“Our partnership has grown over the years seeing a steady rise in the numbers of viewers year-on-year, with both MSL and TTA working collaboratively to continually improve the quality of the production.

“Next year we are hoping to take some of the best table tennis action in Australia to more viewers and into more homes than ever before, and this broadcast partnership will certainly go a long way in achieving that.”

Managing Director of My Sport Live – Andrew Weiss, was also happy to be confirming the agreement, noting that table tennis and MSL has a long history together.

“One of the very first sports we streamed back in 2013 was table tennis, so we definitely have a soft spot for it given the journey we have been on with TTA for quite some time,” he said.

“We can’t wait to add hundreds of matches from multiple tournaments across Australia next year into the library that we have already built up for the sport at club, state, national and Oceania levels.

TTA and My Sport Live will publish information specific to each event in the coming weeks.
