Baseball Victoria’s (BV) premier competition will continue to grow, with My Sport Live (MSL) pleased to announce a new media deal with the organisation.

The agreement represents an important element in the expansion of the sport, which will see MSL broadcast BV’s men’s and women’s VSBL Division 1 and 2 grand finals live across March.

With coverage underway from tonight, Tuesday 10th March, grand final matches will be broadcast live to BV’s Facebook page and MSL’s livestream channel.

MSL Managing Director, Andrew Weiss, said the partnership is a great chance for BV to increase their profile in Victoria and continue the expansion of its’ premier competition.

“We’re delighted to secure this partnership with Baseball Victoria and we look forward to bringing their community, fans and their audience closer to the action,” Weiss said.

“This is a great opportunity for Baseball Victoria to showcase its’ premier level of competition in the state – and will also highlight how incredible the standard of competition in Victoria is,” Weiss added.

Baseball Victoria CEO, Kristie Middleton, said the opportunity is fantastic for the league’s expansion and will provide a platform for the baseball community to watch the VBSL’s biggest matches of the season.

“Baseball Victoria is proud to begin this relationship with My Sport Live, expanding coverage of our sport in Victoria and Australia,” said Middleton.

“Providing the Victorian baseball community with the opportunity to watch their grand finals live, and to expand our league to all those family, friends and fans who enjoy our sport is a terrific initiative.”
